SHIPPING POLICY

STORE PICKUP – S&H HEADQUARTERS

Orders can be picked up (Saturday – Thursday), from 8:30 AM – 10 PM, and are generally ready within 24 hours from the payment and then an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING PROCESS

  1. The requested product will be delivered in the S&H headquarters, and it is permissible to agree to make the delivery specific location of the client and specific time and the shipping will be only through S&H team and you could identify them by their ID cards.
  2. If we are unable to provide the product for any reason whatsoever, is entitled to replace it with another product provided that it carries the same specifications and type required by the client if he/she accepts it.
  3. When sufficient stock is not available, the client shall be notified of this, provided that a period of time for the arrival of the shipment is specified, and this does not fall within the state of impossibility of execution.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – BY S&H TEAM

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Saturday – Thursday) from S&H and flat rate as shipping fee equals of -/ 2 BHD applies to orders shipping in Bahrain.

INTERNATIOANL SHIPPING – BY THIRD PARTY

For international shipping, we will provide you with the actual shipping fee and the estimated delivery date for your product, and such fee to be payed in advance with the product price.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and your information. Click the “continue to shipping” button. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for delivery and you shall pick up the product from the S&H headquarters or any other location specified by us.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with notification of the current status of the order

If the product is unable to be delivered to the customer for reasons attributable to him, such as not being bound by the specified time or not present at the place of delivery, we are entitled to claim the expenses of storing the products for the period that remains in our possession and such expenses be notified to the customer upon the process.

You are responsible for examining the product at the time of receipt and is entitled to not accept the product if it finds a defect.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Returns and exchanges will be accepted in case of manufacture fault if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send us an email at info@sandhapp.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product with the same price or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable, and the return shipping fees would be on your cost.
  2. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in original condition.
  3. We have the right to fully refuse your re-fund request for any reason and in case of refund we will provide you with store credit otherwise if you would like to receive refund in cash we shall send you the amount within 2 business day and its subject to be more if there was any delay in the bank transfer process.

SALES IS FINAL

All in-store and online purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless otherwise stipulated by the law or provided by our polices.

WARRANTIES

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All products are advertised and sold on S&H website and app are generally covered by both S&H return and refund policy and the product manufacturer’s warranty.

Details are listed under the product page, also some products could be covered only by our policies without manufacturer warranty due to the product nature.

THIRD PARTY WARRANTIES
  1. The users are obligated to pay their taxes including the VAT that applicable in Kingdom of Bahrain in event of installment contract or cash on delivery for buying such product.
  2. Also, any other taxes and fees imposed by any public or governmental authority in relation to this agreement and each party bears its own tax liability, if any.

Jurisdiction

For certain products advertised and sold on S&H website an app, warranty support beyond the S&H return policy is provided by a third-party vender, and not the product manufacturer. details are listed under the product page.
